Jambon de Bayonne celebrates 20 years of PGI status (PRESSLIB)

To celebrate the 20^th anniversary of PGI status, a huge celebration is planned on Friday 9 November in the Soubestre Arena in Arzacq, where Bayonne ham will take centre stage in the spotlight. The celebration in its honour is supported by key industry players, local and regional elected representatives, together with representatives of regional authorities.
