Ingredients
makes 12 makis
- 1 cucumber
- 120g pork rillettes
- 40g black sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp oil
Preparation
- Peel the cucumber, cut it into chunks roughly 1 cm thick.
- With a small cookie cutter, carefully scoop out the flesh.
- Stuff the hollowed-out portions with rillettes.
- Coat the outer shells with a little oil, then roll in sesame seeds.
- Chill until ready to serve.
